Telephone and email enquiries that you make using the details published on our website will be directed to or passed to a supplier.

You acknowledge that we will earn a fee in respect of each lead that we provide to a supplier.

You acknowledge that we will earn a fee in respect of each order that you make with a supplier arising out of a lead that we provide to that supplier.

You further acknowledge that:

  1. we are not party to any contract entered into between you and a supplier;
  2. we do not comprehensively vet suppliers;
  3. we do not check, audit, monitor or control the identity, credit worthiness or bona fides of suppliers; and
  4. our website contains information supplied by suppliers, and we are not able to guarantee the accuracy of that information,

and accordingly we will not be liable to you in relation to any loss or damage arising out of the actions of any supplier or your relationship with any supplier.

Furthermore, we are not responsible for the enforcement of any obligations arising out of a contract between you and a supplier, and we will have no obligation to mediate between the parties to any such contract.

Unless stated otherwise, we do not endorse and are not affiliated with any of the holders of any such rights and as such we cannot grant any licence to exercise such rights.

Cruise Competition Terms & Conditions


Rules

  1. The following rules ("Rules") together with Mobility Trust's general and competition terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") (which can be found at www.walkinbathstore.com apply to 'Win a cruise' online competition which will run from 1st May 2013 to 30th April 2014 ("the Duration").
  2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from Mobility Trust.
  3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must Go online to www.walkinbathstore.com and register their details. Online entry will open at 9am on 1st May 2013 and close at 23.59 on 30th April 2014.
  4. Draw made on 1st May 2014.
  5. Winner will be notified by email and phone.
  6. Over 18 year olds.

Prize

Royal Caribbean 7 night cruise from Venice to Barcelona. Starting in Venice, then onto Split in Croatia, to Naples, Rome, to Pisa, to Provence in France and finally stopping in Barcelona. 2 sharing a outside cabin

1. Entry

1.1 Entry is only open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees and their immediate families (including any live-in partner) of Mobility Trust.. Any such entries will be invalid.

1.2 The closing date is as specified in the relevant competition. This will always be a time and date in the UK. Where a time is not given, the closing time will be 11.59pm (UK time) on the relevant day. Any entries received before or after these times will be discounted. In order to enter you must answer the question set out on the Website.

1.3 Entry to the competition is via www.walkinbathstore.com web entry. There is no charge for website entries.

1.4 Proof of making phone call, sending post/e-mail is not proof of our receipt of your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged.

2. Prize

2.1 The first correct entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize. The winner will be contacted via the contract details they have given after the closing date and time of the competition. If they cannot be contacted or do not respond as specified within 28 days of having been contacted and a message left, then the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next correct entrant drawn and thereafter until a winner is found.

2.2 The prize is as specified in the relevant competition.

2.3 No cash equivalent or alternative prize will be given and the prize is non-transferable. However, the Promoter reserves the right to change the prize due to circumstances beyond its control or to offer an alternative of similar value.

2.4 In the event that the winner does not, or is unable to, comply with and meet these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter shall be entitled at its discretion to disqualify the winner, without any further liability to the winner.

2.5 In the case of prizes in the form of free tickets, we will contact the prize winner by phone and prize details shall be as printed on the tickets. Ticket holders shall be bound by the event promoter's terms and conditions together with those set out on the ticket and the rules and regulations of the venue.

2.6 In the case of a prize draw, the first correct entry drawn will be the winner.

3. Data Protection

3.1 Mobility Trust may use the winner's name [and image] and their comments relating to the prize and competition experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid. However, save as set out in this clause, information and data ("personal data") which is provided by you as an entrant when you enter will be held and used by the Promoter, Mobility Trust and their suppliers and contractors in order to administer the competition. Entrants personal data may also be passed to their cellular phone provider (where the phone entry channel is used) or to relevant regulatory bodies, the police or other authorities in the course of the investigation of any complaints or suspected unlawful activity or where requested by the phone provider in connection with the billing arrangements for the competition. Aggregate, non personal data may also be used for the purpose of undertaking market research or in facilitating reviews, developments and improvements to relevant services.

3.2 Your personal data will only otherwise be used by Mobility Trust in accordance with its privacy policy and by the Promoter in relation to its (where different).

4. General Terms

4.1 Mobility Trust are not responsible for network, telephone line or communication failures of any kind or for entries that are incomplete or incomprehensible or not received. Such entries will be void.

4.2 Mobility Trust reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity. Entries that are incorrect, incomplete or inaudible will be void. No refund will be made for the cost of any entry. In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the operation of any part of the competition or the operation of the phone system, the decision of the Promoter shall be final. Mobility Trust can make no guarantee of telephone access to the competition.

4.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit Mobility Trust liability for death or personal injury caused by their staff or supplier's negligence or for fraud.

4.4 These Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England unless you as an entrant are a Scottish resident in which case you may choose the law of your residence and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales again unless you are a Scottish resident in which case you may choose the courts of your residence in Scotland.

4.5 Please note that calls may be recorded to ensure that competition entries are captured, for staff training and quality control purposes.
